Human Resources Team Leader

* Be responsible for recruitment to provide a labor force who serve the producing and trading operation of ALC.
- Make recruitment planning based on department requirements.
- Perform and monitor the recruitment to complete recruitment.
- Manage and deploy the recruitment channels.
* Make and deploy the training program and be responsible for training new employees.
- Cooperate Teams in order to make training courses for employees about skills, professional.
- Be responsible for training new employees.
* Be responsible to make and monitor the procedure.
- Create working procedures for the Team.
- Check the implementation and improve the procedure based on the current situation, and Iso standard.
* Take responsibility for making and implementing ISO standards.
- Train staffs understand to ISO standards and apply to work process.
- Check and maintain the implementation of ISO standards.
* Support and cooperate with Teams to build up organization regulation, and human resource plans.
- Make organization regulation and organization chart
- Cooperate with Teams to make job description
- Make human resources plans
* Creative the policies of related human resources
- Salary and compensation
- Engagement program
- Regulation for compliances, sanctions
* Do all related jobs as assigned by superiors.

- Gender: Female
- Graduated from university or upper with a major in economics, law, business administration, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years experience as Human Resources Team Leader position in production company.
- Experiences in deploy, implement and control KPI for all Teams/Groups.
- Good at english
- Communication, and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Training skills
- Analysis - synthesis of information
- Employee management skills
- Knowledge of recruitment channels, labor market, and labor rules.
- Well appearance, active.
