Key responsibilities:
- Receive monthly recruitment requests from departments to develop recruitment plans.
- Post job vacancies on social network sites (Facebook, Linkedin, etc) and other recruitment channels relevant for each position.
- In charge of the assigned tasks in the recruitment process, from CV filtering to induction for new employees.
- Handling administrative tasks: updating candidate information into the system, creating contracts, managing candidate records.
- Participate in Employer Branding activities: Job Fairs, recruitment events
