- Responsible for Foreigner Paper such as Passport, Visa, Temporary Residence Card, Work permit, and Legal documents of company, etc.
- Follow up all Insurance Policy (All Risk Insurance for project , Personal Health Insurance, etc.)
- Booking air ticket, hotel, … as assignment.
- Provide supports in organizing events with Board of Director.
- To be incharge of Apartment Leasing for foreigner, Retal House for Staff’s business trip, Office leasing.
- Make official documents for company transaction.
- Handle Task as below:
- Recruiting and Interview
+ Handle Payroll monthly
+ Social Insurance for Staff
+ Updating and Follow Employee database
+ Regularly updating Labour Law and advise on time
- Manage other admin tasks: working equipments, uniform, labor safety equipment, stationary, printer, etc.
- Make sure to comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Daily, weekly report to Board of Director.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Female, ages of 30 - 35
- Experience in job similar.
- Intermediate English.
- Good skill in Office Computer using, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Good skill in writing and formating document.
- Be a good character in communication, careful, honest.
- Be good a looking, cheerful, fair, charming.
