We are looking for an internal employee, who curently works for Stavian Group or any P&L of Stavian Group, graduated from a foreign English-speaking country or graduated from an International University in Vietnam.

Candidate will have opportunities to work with overseas colleagues around the world, which creates an international and diverse working environment as well as give the chance to improve HR expertise.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. HR Services

• Manage the implementation on HR processes, including employment contracts and variations, employment checks, probationary period review, employee terminating procedures … in order to provide appropriate and ongoing support for employees.
• Proceed other employee-related paperwork.

2. Labor law  and HR policies

• Research and manage information system related to Local Labor Laws in overseas branches of The Group to ensure compliance with procedures of the Group and Local Labor Laws
• Participate in governing and developing HR policies, projects & procedures for overseas employees.

3. Employee Relation

• Liaise with other teams to analyze HR services to mitigate the risk of the Group and to enhance employees’ experiences.
• Directly communicate with overseas employees and colleagues from other branches to encourage employee relations

4. HR database and filing system

• Directly maintain updated employee record regularly to increase employee management efficiency
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Willing to learn new things especially in Human Resources feild
• Experiences of working with overseas customers or partners
• Showing enthusiasm in learning and researching on HR matters
• High level of verbal and written English skills
• Excellent command of Word, Excel and Power Point
• High sense of responsibility, solution oriented/ result-oriented mindset
• Good adaptability and good ability of self-learning
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Being careful, detail-oriented and good analysis skill
