Staffing:

· Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

· Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

· Perform reference checks as need

· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms

· Manage onboarding and new hire process

· Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

· Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process

· Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Compensation & Benefits:

· Comprehend monthly payroll calculation

Training & Development:

· Coordinate with production department to deploy and implement training program from the Group.

· Record training history

Employee relation

· Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention

· And other job tasks within HR Department.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proven work experience in all rounded HR generalist.

- Good at English

- Strong at staffing

- Understand Labor, Social Insurance, PIT law and regulation

- Understand Company/ Group structure and policies

- Excellent leadership skill with strong commitment

- Proactive and result driven, adaptable to changing environment

- Energetic, self-motivated, enjoy challenge

- Good organizational skill and able to be multi-tasking.
