1. Performance Management: ensure 100% goals setting, performance appraisal, report, PIP, probation
2. Staff engagement: drive engagement survey,execution of action plan, organise staff engagement activities. Build relationship with staff to get their feedback and provide constant support.
3. Employee relation: investigate disciplinary and prepare ground work for action.
4. People process: coordinate with COE to ensure the people process are implemented properly and have constant improvement.
5. Recruitment: working with TA Manager in sourcing, interviewing to ensure right people for right role on right time.
6. L&D: Collaborate with L&D to build training plan for function, follow up on execution and get feedback for improvement.
7. C&B: work with C&B team to customize the reward solutions, salary payment to respective functions.
Yêu cầu công việc
1. University graduation, MBA is on advantage
2. Have 7-10 years working experience at similar role such as HR Generalist, HRBP, HR Services,...
3. Ability to work under high pressure and independently
4. Good dealing with all levels
5. Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
6. Fluency in English (4 skills).
