HR Supervisor (Cu Chi, Tay Ninh)
Mô tả công việc
Purpose:
- Managing & operating HR & Admin activities of the factory.
- Ensuring the recruitment activities sufficient quantity & quality to serve the company's goals.
- Developing a system of HR policies on the basis of labor regulations / rules / laws.
Duties:
Planning:
- Build up the plan and budget of HR for the factory.
Implementing:
- Participate in the analysis organizational structure of factory and propose advice to Site Director and HR Director to adjust suitable
- Participate and implement corporate cultural activities .
- Build up policies related HR, as: labor regulations, templates, timekeeping process...and control about the implementation of factory.
- Implement the recruitment and training activites for factory, ensure recruit right person, right time, and quatity.
- Handle conflicts, complaints and discipline.
- Organize the performance of timekeeping, payroll calculation & social insurance, health insurance for employees in factory.
- Manage administrative activities: organize and implement the allocation of assets/office tools.
- Build a good relationship with local government agencies, department of Labor, Hepza...
- Follow-up personnel changes & propose solution to attract talented to engage with company.
- Other task from request by HRD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: University degree
- At least 3 years of experience in similar functions at manufacturing.
- Strong in interpersonal and communication skill both in writing and verbal
- Working location: Cu Chi & Tay Ninh (have bus at Tan Binh IP)
