HR Staff (C&B - Temporary 8-Month)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a C&B Staff, you will implement HR operation tasks, including but not limited:
• Attendance: Overtime, leave, shift control, monthly time sheet
• PIT: opening code for employees and dependents
• Insurance: Monthly report, sickness/ maternity benefit report, Insurance book (opening/ closing, returning Social...to employees)
• Resignation: records, decision & notice preparation, exit interview
• Other HR-related jobs
Yêu cầu công việc
• University/ College graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience in C&B tasks (preferably working experiences at manufacturing company)
• Good excel skill
• Labor Code, Insurance, PIT ....well understanding
• Good communication, flexibility and adaptability
• Willingness & excellent to handle paperwork
• Can work in 2 locations: Hanoi and Hung Yen (transportation provided by the company)
• Basic communicating in written & spoken English
WORK LOCATION
• Refrigerator Factory: Plot B-6, Thang Long Industrial Park I, Dong Anh, Hanoi
• Washing Machine Factory: Plot G2, Thang Long Industrial Park II, Yen My, Hung Yen
(Based on business requirement)
