HR Staff

• Support all recruitment process including screening, interviewing, offering process.
• Compensation & Benefit: process C&B tasks: process other rules relate to Salary-Insurance-PIT-Union-Labor contract base on Law of Vietnam and Company's regulation; Manage working time, support calculate Salary-Insurance-PIT-Union; Process social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, Tax finalization and implement relevant regimes for employees as prescribed; Control and process the approved decisions.
• Control and resolve problem related to the labor relations internal and external issues.
• Manage and save all documents, records of the Human Resources Department.
• Be responsibility for identifing the needs and organizing internal and external training.
• Other Activities: Manager Workshop, Membership Training, Year End Party, Requently Company Party, etc.
• Support tasks related to foreigners: Work permit, Visa, Resident card & other legal document; Housing rental, school, telephone….; Business trip (Air ticket, hotel, Business trip fee...); Manage legal documents of Foreigner.
• Manage & control HR-GA cost.
• Other tasks asigned by HR Manager.
