Outcomes

  • Talent Acquisition & Training

    • Be responsible for creating the standard process recruitment, including the execution of job posting, screening, initial interviewing, and placing employees
    • Hire & fire staff according to labor law.
    • Issue letters of offer/ letters of confirmation/ letter of show cause/ letter of warning if needed.
    • Build and implement performance review procedures (eg:quarterly/annual evaluations) and come out with appraisal forms.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • C&B

    • Create, manage, and improve employees’ benefits program during time, to attract and retain talents.
    • Maintain pay plan and benefits program
  • HR Policies

    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
    • Plan and execute the corporate event (anniversary, birthdays, team-building, etc...)
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Employee Relations
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Other
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
    • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Competencies

  • Experience and understanding how to filter candidates for a specific role
  • Experience in managing and executing company events or activities
  • Experience in managing and conducting performance review procedures
  • Experience in handling HR related issues (disciplinary, performance related, lateness, etc)
  • Experience in managing and balancing employee vs company well-being
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Preferably someone who has experienced in startup/young/international company
  • Able to adapt to fast paced environment
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation communication and writing skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Good English skills
