· Handle all jobs in the recruitment process: Analyzing recruitment needs, making the recruitment plan, searching candidates, creating and posting job advertisements, short-listing CVs, organizing tests/interviews, sending job offer to successful candidates and implementing on-boarding training
· Accountable for all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensure all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved
· Develop, update, follow up all procedure/process related to recruitment, job requirements, job descriptions.
· Build up and maintain good cooperation and relations with different teams, departments and the staff in general; answer queries from employees; provide advice, support, updates and briefings on HR matters
· Bridge management and employees by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
· Manage headcount planning and employment cost
Yêu cầu công việc
· Experience FMCG industry is preferable. At least 2 year in recruiter role.
· Deep understanding of organizational and individual development
· Interpersonal skills
· English communication.
· Proficiency in MS Office
