- Building up and maintain the Human Resource management system, report directly to top management.
- Reviewing, developing and implementing HR strategies, internal policies, HR manuals, to be in line with the Company’s strategies and values.
- Establishing company's salary structure, acknowlegde about production capacity for factory and manage performance review system
- Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
- Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/ given.
- Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyer's compliance inspection.
- Managing Employee Recognition programs,
- Performance & Reward programs, Recruitment, Employment cost & budget control.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law. Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Females - Age 35 to 45 years old.
- At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing companies (Garment industry is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Corporate policies, focusing on HR policies, C&B, Performance Appraisal System
- Fluent in English is compulsory
- Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
- Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & CSR
- Leadership ability to motivate the team-mates and a team player.
- Inter-personal communication skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Responsible to lead and manage all HR & CSR responsibilities of the factory
- Confident, independent & be able to take responsibility for the job role.
