- Support admin task, reception...
- Post jobs, manage database of candidates, sort and screen CVs.
- Conduct phone interviews or first interviews, confirm results to candidates and send Offer Letter/ Thankyou letter.
- Prepare an orientation schedule that Line Managers of related departments
- Make a checklist of the questions to ask new staff every week at their beginning
- Deboarding: note down the lessons learnt for the Company relating to each case of employee checkout.
- Internal Employee Relations: organize and lead Company’s events
- Distribute KPI form and follow up with KPI submission for all staff.
- Monitor the implementation of the staff evaluation process, and inform the result of the Performance Evaluation to relevant personnel.
- Update on the applicable laws of Vietnam and policies in connection with the rules and regulations of the Company.
- Provide support to employees in various allowances & benefits - related topics and resolve any issues that may arise;
- Prepare and monitor HR budget performance to ensure that all activities are cost effective and are done within the approved budget.
- Assist with proofreading and translation of documents between English and Vietnamese when needed.
- Manage and keep HR documents, filling;
- Handle, implement all activities related to Training and ISO
- Coordinate to internal/ external side to carry out training program for employees;
- Support HRM in implements human resources policies by consultant all the relevant HR responsibilities;
- Update and follow up Labor Contract and the other documents relate to;
- Update the chance relate salary, allowances of employees of the month;
- Implement and manage all the issues related to company’s healthcare;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Have receptionist, admin experience is a plus
- Bachelor degree of economics, HR. Background law is refered
- From 5 years and above working experience in HR practices, C&B;
- Good knowledge of Company’s C&B policy, HR processes, compensation cycle management;
- Adequate knowledge of current labor regulations, HR best practices and trends
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office;
- Good Vietnamese and English (both speaking and writing);
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to fast-pace changes
- Strong problem-solving skill with positive mindset, can-do attitude;
