1. HR Management in HCM
- Update all HR data, resign, transfer, promotion
- Handling of personnel issues in HCM area
- Manage compliance with labor regulations, company regulations, labor discipline
- Develop a communication channel with employees in the HCMC area, conduct surveys to find out staff's aspirations, suggestions and problems, and propose options to support the best conditions for employees.
- Enhance activities for connecting employees in HCM area: Team Building, collective birthday, Bonchon lunch ...
2. Recruitment Management
- Assisting the head of the department in setting up headcount, manpower for organization
- Coordinate with departments in standardizing JD for each position
- Manage recruitment activities, recruitment of positions according to the process and periodic reports to the Manager
- Report the situation of resignation, find out the cause of resignation, then propose reasonable measures in recruitment and human resource management
3. Training and Development
- Conduct input training for new employees so that employees understand the company, the company's rules, regulations, and policies.
- Explore training courses to improve working skills for employees, propose budgets and deploy
- Assist the department head in setting up the promotion process, career roadmap for employees
- Assist the department head in building an employee evaluation system (KPI / OKR)
4. HCM Office management
Deploy administrative operations in the city. HCM for offices: office equipment, IT, stationery, taxi, courier, electricity, water, internet, garbage, phone, uniform, office tools, cleaning ... and other office items
5. Other jobs
- Make periodic reports for the job assigned or when there is an unexpected request from the leader.
- Perform other jobs when requested by manager
6. Right
- Support Manager in supervise daily job of assigned job area
- Give ideas and suggestions to improve processes and operations of Human Resources

Yêu cầu công việc

- Graduated from University, majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related subjects
- Have experience in Human Resources field as a Specialist for at least 5 years, preferably with experience in Human Resources Management/Leader
- Strong experience in recruitment, training, evaluation systems and organization development
- Priority candidate have working experience in the F&B field
- Good English
- Good communication, ability to persuade, good negotiation
- The ability to present, criticize, cover issues
- Management skills, motivation
- Ability to engage employees
- Have problem solving skills
- Proactive, creative, innovative thinking
- WORKING LOCATION: 7th floor, P&T building, 27 – 29 Pho Duc Chinh street, Nguyen Thai Binh ward, 1st district, Ho Chi Minh City
