1. Project management and construction management for all projects of Nam Long.
2. Formulate, supervise, monitor and evaluate the completion plan performance for giving directions and solutions in time to complete the plans and minimize risks.
3. Formulate policy, regulation, process, design procedure, construction process, handover / receiving project systems to ensure the effective construction of projects, raise productivity, reduce labor accidents and ensure the compliance with provisions of law.
4. Build collection, analysis and evaluation information systems, contingency plans in order to provide optimal solutions for fixing results timely and mitigating risks for problems arising during the construction process.
5. Formulate, implement and control the budget targets and implementation costs of annual construction plans for relevant units to ensure the cost-effective for the company.
6. Coordinate the works of construction partners, consulting units and departments in the Division as well as other relevant departments in the Company to ensure that projects are implemented on schedule, quality, cost and efficiency.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments to perform regulations, standards and criteria for selecting contractors to ensure project quality with reasonable costs.
8. Develop relationships with the authorities and contractor partners to update the changes related with design management, architecture and performance in the bidding.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Qualification/ Certification
Bachelor Degree in Construction, Project Management.
2. Working Experience
- At least 10 year experience in the field of design and construction of civil and industrial;
- At least 5 year experience in similar position in the company with the same scale.
3. Abilities and Skills
- Able of manage and lead;
- Able to make decisions;
- Communication, negotiation and bargaining skills;
- Team building: team work skills, able to orientate and develop the capabilities of the team for common goals.
- Good at English (listening, reading, writing and speaking)
- High sense of responsibility;
- Diligent, honest.
