* Global Sales Manager SM
- Manage and coordinate all business activities of the sales department
- Manage service quality according to the company's business strategy.
- Report to: CEO/COO/ DOSM.
- Subordinates: Head of operation team; Staff.
- Establishing and operating an effective deparment-level management apparatus
- Leading innovation of the deparment.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for all deparment activities
* Main function
- Directly manage the sales department.
- Prepare business / marketing plan of the department / group when approved by the Board of Directors.
- Responsible for successful implementation of the deparment / group plan to the Board of Directors.
- Lead and manage employees successfully implement personal plans.
- Looking for new customers; Management and development of B2B business systems.
- Evaluate deparment / group activities and deparment / group members
- Manage the activities of the deparment / group / staff to ensure compliance with the Company's regulations.
- Manage employees to enhance the company's brand, ensuring the company has a strong and positive image to customers and suppliers.
- Lead the Team to implement the Company's Mission, Core Values and Vision.
- Participate in building corporate culture.
- Reporting directly, periodically or unexpectedly to the DOSM when needed
- Report, perform other tasks and duties of the Board of Directors when required.
- Manage and handle the work on behalf of the DOSM / Board of Directors.
* Job description
- Lead and organize the successful implementation of the business / marketing plan of the department / group. Proactively propose measures to adjust the plan to achieve business goals
- Make concrete action plans, detailed by yearly / monthly / weekly.
- Assigning specific tasks, managing, monitoring the working process of each employee.
- Manage and effectively use the assigned resources according to company policy.
- Proposing the implementation of management measures and initiatives to improve work efficiency.
- Participate in research, market analysis, competitors, propose competitive solutions.
- Market research, provide suitable products, competitive pricing policy for the in charged market.
- Planning marketing and promoting products.
- Manage websites, products, marketing materials related to the market in charge.
- Proposing, participating in finding customers, developing new markets, new products
- Participate in building, managing and developing domestic and international sales systems.
- Implement & build corporate culture, image, professional style.
- Develop, manage, and effectively exploit the company's data system, customers
- Manage and take care of customers in the in charge market.
- Handle, support staffs, coordinate with other departments to handle customer complaints.
- Support and train staff to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Evaluate and propose salary increase, commendation and discipline for subordinate employees.
- Collect, propose and implement quality targets of products and services of the company.
- Build and develope customer care services.
- Coordinate with other managers in the company to implement the common plan.
- Propose, participate in recruiting, training employees of the department / company.
