Reporting to : ISC HR Manager
Working location : Hung Yen Plant, Ha Noi
A / General scope of work:
The role will partner with Plant Manager to ensure the implementation of all HR priorities. The role will also be accountable to Employee Relations.
To enable transformation roadmap at the plant, participate in creating transformation roadmap and facilitate the changes. End purpose is to transform the factory to MDLZ international standard.
B / Main responsibilities:
1. Content Leader Factory HR
· Align HR strategy, structure and capability to deliver best practice HR Business Partnering & solutions to support business strategy/goals and drive business results
· Embed HR Purpose into the HR function and the broader organization via value proposition & delivery
· Review current priorities and workload to assess alignment / contribution to MDLZ goals; course correct current workloads to value adding outcomes
2. Organization Design and Development
· Partner with leaders to ensure their organizations are structured in a way that will enable them to meet or exceed business targets today and in the future
· Be aware of how culture, diversity, values, capability of individuals and teams impact organization performance
3. Talent Development
· Ensure leadership (function or area) is attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining the right talent in the right roles in a consistent manner to meet our current and future succession needs
· Build talent pipeline for today and future needs
· Do regular Talent review to identify gaps and action plan
4. Build Transformational Leaders & a pathway to an inspiring future
· Create a strong performance and personal accountability culture that is underpinned by effective coaching and development.
· Leverage HR tools and initiatives, including Advancement Planning, Succession Planning, career management, building the right capability, leadership development and talent development, Team effectiveness programs.
· Coach/support leaders to make good people decisions based on broader business strategy and effectively unsatisfactory performance / misconduct issues
· Provide coaching and facilitation to leadership teams to build/sustain effective teams
· Ensure and support Leaders to build next generation of Leaders for the organization
5. Capability Development
· Work with business to identify critical skills needed to deliver business goals
· Identify areas of development for the functional area, source supporting programs, and build functional expertise, fundamental skills and leadership capabilities for the future
6. Performance Management
· Continuously educate our leaders on Performance Management to include training, communications, performance calibration, and ongoing, high quality feedback and coaching
7. Lead HPWS in Factory (High Performance Work System)
· Knowledge leader in HPWS
· Drive initiatives across various sites (and functions) on HPWS initiatives
· Develop the HR function to lead / co-lead IL6S
8. Lead Engagement agenda
· Drive Factory management to build and implement the engagement agenda
9. Lead HR Operation agenda
· Ensure people resource in place to ensure production capacity by strategic sourcing and 3 parties leveraging
· Partner with factory management to organize workforce and deliver the highest labor productivity level
· Ensure the plant is operated in compliance to the local law (working time, rest time, overtime, payment…)
· Lead and drive factory management for employee relations activities and compliance agenda
· Ensure safe and healthy workplace
· Ensure pay and benefit and employment services delivered on time with high quality
· Ensure delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports
10. Be a Crediable Activist, Advisor and Coach
· Contribute to the success of the business by knowing and understanding the broader internal and external context and setting in which a business operates
· Contribute to development of the business through all aspects of the business (i.e. not just people) and actively play a role on the functional leadership teams
11. Organize and develop the team

Yêu cầu công việc

· Bachelor degree
· Experience in Business partnering or employee relations in Factory at least 8 years
· Professional experience within HR, preferably within a MNC or FMCG environment with matrix reporting
· Proven experience in driving/participating in integration or transformation work.
· Proven experience in high-scope work-force management.
· Highly energetic and resilient
· Highly emotion intelligent and people sensitivity
· Decisive and drive and systematic thinking to champion complex changes
· High command of English
