1. Documentation handling

  • Handling export shipments including issuing docs (awb), sending pre-alerts, issuing debit notes, inputting date into system/FMS
  • Handling import shipments including liasing with cnee, sending pre-alerts, release AN/DN, issuig debit notes, input data into system
  • Ensure efficient communication & follow up with local customer & related parties to expedite shipments timely & properly according to customer's demand
  • Ensure all data entered into system timely & accurately
  • Check & coordinate with accounting dept. to issue VAT invoice for all customers/shipments by month end
  • Check & do filing on a monthly basis as per standard requirements

2. Payment following up

  • Follow up with accountant to issue invoice & collect payment for non-credit customer upon cargo/docs release
  • Assisting accounting dept. to follow up OTS of credit customers & remind customers by due date
  • Input data into system & prepare payment documentation for suppliers, overseas agents to submit to accouting dept.

3. Report

  • Update daily log report (for export & import) with all shipmment details & status
  • Daily tracing/check with airlines/TCS on export/import shipment status & update to customers/overseas agents

4. Others

  • In charge for admin tasks for the team
  • Other tasks as assigned by CS Manager

  • At least 2-3 years experience in the same field or over
  • Positive & aggressive character
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Female applier is preferred
  • University degree -major in same field
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communications, time management and decision making skills
  • Dynamic, hardworking, loyalty, teamwork, professional, detail-oriented
  • Professional use of relevant computer
  • Honest, trustworthy, flexible and hardworking
  • Good at MS office, MS outlook
  • Self-started, customer oriented person
