Mô tả công việc

1. JOB PURPOSE

To support the Contracting Department with data-driven insights and high-quality Russian content related to products, services, and hotel/tour contracts. This role ensures that all content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with the needs of the Russian & CIS inbound market, while also assisting with performance analysis and decision-making support.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Creation & Management

Draft, translate, manage, and update product descriptions and visual materials (hotels, tour programs, services) in Russian and English.
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product offerings in internal systems, websites and media platforms
Translate contracts, service descriptions, and hotel-related marketing materials between Vietnamese, English, and Russian.
Maintain and regularly update hotel factsheets, photos, and product information.

Internal Coordination & Support

Collaborate closely with Reservations, Product, Contract, and Operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product updates.
Assist in resolving product-related issues, including pricing discrepancies, service details, customer inquiries, and partner communication.
Provide administrative support, including paperwork and compliance with internal procedures when required.
Support content and information preparation for VIPs, special events and programs.

Design & Presentation

Create professional and visually engaging presentations, infographics, and product content layouts.
Support the design and formatting of internal and client-facing documents in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure all materials comply with Anex Tour Brand Book and visual identity standards.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Foreign Languages, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Fluent in Russian (required) and English; Vietnamese is a plus.
Ability to work with large datasets.
Proficient in Excel;
Skilled in content writing and translation (Russian-English).
Experience in graphic design and ability to use design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.
Attention to detail, teamwork, and good communication skills.
Experience in the inbound tourism sector (especially Russian/CIS markets) is a strong plus.
