Compliance Officer

- Participate in design regulations/policies related to compliance of the IVB operations in time;
- Build and design criteria and principles for evaluation and measuring the compliance performance of IVB Units
- Execute and measure/evaluate the degree and status of compliance in all IVB Units and prepare the appropriate compliance report to BOEs;
- Monitor the compliance operations regulated by Laws and IVB regulations and propose the methods of prevention, overcoming and settlement.
- Supervise on inspector’s proposals, manage, and evaluate the level performance of compliance activities to revise, recover all violations in IVB Units.
- Introduce to IVB Units compliance instructions and propose methods for enhancing acknowledge and settlement on compliance at all IVB Units.
* Place of Work: Head Office, 97A Nguyen Van Troi St., Ward 12, Phu Nhuan Dist., HCMC.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female with bachelor’s degree in financial, economic or law.
- Having expert knowledge in commercial (credit, international payment…)
- Well understanding on rules, regulations of SBV.
- Having skills of time management, analysis, risk identification, problem solving
Experience: At least 01-year experience in the compliance, legal or audit
English: Can use English well to adapt with job’s requirements.
