Compliance Auditor
Mô tả công việc
- Perform CSR audits based on local labors, wages and benefits, health, safety and environmental laws; labor contracts; client codes of conduct; and international standards.
- Perform C-TPAT audit based on the security risks, international standards and client’s requirements.
- Write the full report for the audit, ensure the timely manner of the report’s deadline according to the internal audit procedures of company.
- Prioritize, plan and organize work for highest audit services and end products to satisfy the customer demands and company procedures.
- Consult and coordinate with Managing Director, Operations Manager, audit team, client’s representative and other personnel to better understand the clients’ needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, and provide quality service solutions to customer demands.
- Make the laws research and apply for the audits.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- College or University graduated.
- 2-3 years’ experience on compliance audit.
- SLCP verifier is a must.
- Good communication and presentation in English and Vietnamese. A third language will be a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates successful decision making ability.
- Technical knowledge of computer user applications.
- Working under high pressure.
- Willing to travel.
