The Compensation & Benefits Supervisor assists HR Director in managing overall Company’s HR by establishing, propagating and implementing the Company’s policies, regulations and disciplines to ensure its compliance to the laws and deploy actionable plans for further development of internal capabilities for long-term growth:
- Prepare, coordinate annual HR budget and monitor its execution in compliance with the Company guidelines;
- Enhance HR system and policies by continuously reviewing and proposing effective improvement in current HR manual, internal labor regulation and procedures;
- Audit compensation and benefits policies, maintain good working environment by consulting relevant agencies, administering employee engagement survey and updating HR information to ensure retention of key staff and attraction of qualified staff;
- Ensure proper monthly payroll analysis, manage salary calculation and payment, deploy allowances, incentives, bonuses, salary increment effectively;
- Implement HR daily activities, HR reports to local authorities/ other departments/ regional office, update policies, processes (including software operations), regulations, information, etc. related to labor;
- Consult managers and employees on government employment regulations, collective agreements, company benefits and compensation policies, personnel procedures. Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, and mediate labor disputes and grievances;
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment (no limitation to recruitment and interviews), compensation, labor relations, PIT, statutory insurance, insurance claims, contracts, and personnel database;
- Manage employee relations to promote company’s values and spirit, monitor and enhance relationship with trade union;
- Proactively assist in developing internal HR capabilities through business understanding and providing regular coaching for team members in operational aspects to ensure effective and professional HR services;
- Maintain and enhance HR network with consulting agencies for annual salary survey, benefits benchmarking and propose initiatives to keep up with the market;
- Other tasks as requested by superior.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduate in relevant fields;
- At least 3-5 years or more working experience in C&B management role, in manufacturing companies will be an advantage;
- High integrity and compliance with policy and process;
- Detail and analysis driven in nature with high accuracy, sensitive with numbers and high level of responsiveness and responsibility;
- Teamwork and diligent in supportive tasks;
- Good mindset of innovation & business partnering;
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience in HR software;
- Familiarity with Vietnam labor code, social security, personal income tax and other related legislations;
- Good communications skills (writing and oral), Vietnamese and English.
Working Location:
- Binh Duong Head Office (Di An Town, Binh Duong Province). Company shuttle van is provided at District 1 & Binh Thanh District & Go Vap District.
- Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park, Nha Be District, HCMC.
