Preparing and maintaining The Atlas Process for the generation and approval of contracts enabling Atlas project activities.
Managing the people and process of cost estimation for project tenders.
Setting the Atlas guidelines for project contract forms.
Reviewing and approving proposed customer contracts and, where the job holder deems appropriate, stepping in to contract negotiations.
Owning and maintaining the corporate database of tenders, contracts and records of contract completion.
Reviewing contracts in progress.
Reviewing estimates and tenders in progress.
Assisting the sales and marketing functions in developing client offers consistent with company financial objectives.
Assuring compliance with company policies on granting credit, general terms of trade and approval of tenders, contracts and amendments to contracts.
Maintaining the company risk register, insurance register and working with insurance and risk management advisors on the company risk management programme.
Owning and maintaining the corporate database of tenders, contracts and records of contract completion.

Degree in Law / Accounting / Business;
Professional qualification as QS, Lawyer or Accountant;
At least 10 years of experience in industry, ideally provision of professional services;
Experience of dealing with professional services contracts in AEC sectors;
Experience of dealing with contracts in a Common Law jurisdiction
High level of numeracy;
Track record of successfully generating profits
