About the Role
• Support the first-line to effectively run risk & compliance to ensure that related risks & compliance matters are properly identified, assessed, mitigated & reported.
• Successfully building and control the risk & compliance program on data privacy & customer data management to ensure data privacy risks is efficiently and effectively assessed, mitigated and controlled.
• Successfully promote the compliance culture in the department

Job Description:
* Risks & Compliance (60%)
- Responsible for the periodic reporting and Risk & Controls Assessment for Customer Office
- Identify, report, manage and coordinate action plan to resolve operational incidents, analyze root cause and mitigation
- Be the focal point for BCP planning (bi-annually) and coordination for BCP testing, awareness & training across functions within CO
- Keep abreast of changes in law and regulation (local and GO level), perform gap analysis and coordinate gap closing plan for CO
- Controls automation: work with business and process owners to automate manual operational & financials controls in compliance with GO standards
- Review and endorse process changes, ensure compliance with AIA & local authority requirements

* Data stewardess (30%)
- Support the Functional Data Privacy Officer as a data steward to implement data standards and procedures
- Monitors data quality metrics on a regular basis
- Performs root cause analysis of data quality issues, and
- Develops and executes data remediation plans, working with other teams as appropriate

* Other (10%)
- Participate in projects and process improvement activities to consult on risks identification, assessment and mitigants to ensure related risks are identified and appropriately addressed
- Work with business owners and internal auditor to rationalize findings, propose management action plan, monitor audit action plans until closing

- Education: A bachelor’s degree (preferred legal background)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in compliance, audit, operational risk.
- Language skills (verbal & written): Fluent English is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and ownership mindset in work.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good time management.
