- Platform system operating to ensure that promotion working correctly.
- Checking Platform statement report to ensure that receive amount is correct.
- Processing finance payment with Finance department.
- Master/ Liquidation contract processing.
- Daily monitoring stock flow.
- Inbounce/Outbounce processing.
- Co-operate with gift buyer for implementing gift campaign.
- Monthly Inventory check.
- Order status monitoring.
- Co-operate with CS team to ensure that order successful.
- Support CS team to resolve customer's problem/question.
- Daily follow product rating performance.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Language: English or Chinese.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years in Ecommerce.
- Excellent computer proficiency (Excel, Ecommerce Seller Center).
- Good communication, negotiation, time management skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work overtime to ensure implementation of e-commerce sales campaign.
