Mô tả công việc
- Align with Brand team and Digital Team on Social content strategy.
- Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including HR, Trainer, Call Center, Service.
- Align with Content team to produce proper content base on brief of Digital team for realme’s Fanpage, Youtube channel and Tiktok channel.
- Align HQ’s Adhoc campaign with Vietnam team in order to make sure VN in line with HQ.
- Buid social media strategy and campaign planning, including budget planning, content direction, content execution, and implementation schedules.
- Stay updated on new digital approaches, formats to share with Marketing Team, monthly or whenever needed.
- Manage and analyze User Data on Social Platforms and through Social Listening tools to help project planning, reporting.
- Provides training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Social media executive.
- Hands on experience in content management.
- Hardcore social users, proactively to keep track with social trend.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Ability to deliver creative content (Text, image and video).
- Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc...).
- Ability to identify and track relevant social metrics.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Willing to learn.
- Logical thinking and multitasking.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
