- Advising on building, implementing and completing operational risk management policies, regulations, regulations; regularly study and propose ideas to improve and update policies, regulations, regulations and procedures in accordance with current law and the Group's operating policies from time to time.
- Participate in drafting and issuing timely operational risk guidelines and warnings for units in the Group's system.
- Review and comment on operational risk aspects of products, internal regulations, processes and instructions during the consultation process before issuing.
- Participate in setting up the reporting system and basic methods, standards and tools for operational risk management.
- Participate in the preparation and presentation of reports on the results of risk control activities.
- Participate in building a complete and timely risk portfolio across the system.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from University in the fields of Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Risk Management, Law.
- At least 1 year working experience in the field of risk.
- Good English (Document research).
- Have a good mindset about risk.
- Proficient application of knowledge of finance, accounting, auditing, legal system of auditing.
- The ability to present, draft reports and appropriate documents.
- Understanding of internal control system, risk management in the enterprise.
- The ability to detect the shortcomings, risks of professional/accounting/tax and advise appropriate solutions.
