Chuyên Viên Môi Trường (HSE)

- Establish safety procedures.

- Ensure fire system work normally. Fire equipment (Fire alarm, Fire hydrant, Fire sprinklers, Fire extinguisher, Fire pump, Fire control panel) will not be obstructed by material, goods, equipment.

- Cross audit designated layout for charging area. Ensure safety distance from charging area to other flammable material. Electrical system is designed follow Vietnam technical regulation Design and hang up charging notice, safety banner and public charging SOP at site. Equip safety devices for charging area such as eye washing, spill kit, first aid kit, PPE and make processes to use, perverse such devices.

- Ensure safety charging area to prevent fire and explosion risk. Make sure transformers, forklift, charging controllers, battery cells and surround area will be checked daily and these equipment are on good condition when using. The charging has to be followed the SOP.

- Implement training for regular workers and skill workers such as induction training, operation safety training,…

- Co-work with certified parties to organize external training according to law requirement.

- Implement safety supervision daily to make sure forklift driver comply with safety rules of the company.

- Make periodically report and submit to government annually.

- Establish 5S guideline (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and ensure all guideline are comply by employees.

- Other tasks as assigned from line manager.

- Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards.

- Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement.
