- Assist Team Lead in the initiating, developing, executing and monitoring of overall digital marketing strategy
- Oversee all aspects of social media
- Coordinate with Content Writer to develop social media following organically
- Plan, develop and schedule monthly content calendar across all entities
- Write design brief for all creative artworks
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
- Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
- Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, Social Media, Email)
- Set up and create the performance campaigns; monitor and optimize to align with business goals and marketing budget
- Closely collaborate with other teams to make sure that marketing activities are executed smoothly and successfully; provide support under responsibilities
- Monitor competitors’ activities, market trends and report on monthly basis
- Actively participate in creating ideas to improve working process in order to contribute to the growth of business.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree with a concentration in marketing or business administration preferred
- Have one year of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, etc.) is a must
- Experience and ability to develop community on social networking sites, forums,..
- Proficient in English and strong communication skill
- Strong analytical abilities and logical thinking
- Multi-task management; proactive and responsible
- Detail oriented and good project management
