Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn; strong logical thinking and critical thinking
Passionate about learning and considers it a source of joy
Enjoys reading; reading books is one of the main hobbies
Keen on spreading the love of learning and reading to others
Strong ability to plan, manage, and execute tasks according to schedule
Good communication skills
Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5+), or currently studying to improve further
Previous experience in a technology company, or as a teacher/lecturer in Mathematics/Computer Science
Public speaking and MC skills are an advantage
Adapt quickly to industry innovations; ability to apply technology in training is an advantage
Experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering in the Game/App industry is an advantage.

Salary negotiations, up to $900;
Only 1-month probation, with full NET salary;
Fixed end-of-year bonus: 2 (two) months of salary;
Annual business efficiency bonus: based on product revenue, paid from 1 month to n months of salary (unlimited), depending on contribution and project role;
Performance and salary review conducted twice a year;
Lunch and parking allowances provided;
Subsidy for IELTS certification exam fee;
Subsidy for professional and job-related courses and training;
Annual subsidy of 10.000.000 VND for sport and fitness (i.e gym, dance, swimming, etc.);
