Chief Document Controller
Mô tả công việc
• Leading team to ensure that the transactions of documents & drawings are well documented and traced at all times.
• Responsible for version control and filing of all original signed off documentation within the project in accordance with the site procedure.
• Coping/generation of master copies of drawings and any additional copy that may be required.
• Maintaining/ordering of printer supplies and paper when requested and any general stationery requirements within Doc Control.
• Generating/issuing of documentation to the Engineer/Employer using current databases and complying with current procedures in place.
• Expediting vendor documentation deliverables as required.
• Liaising with other disciplines to ensure the timely issuing of all project documentation deliverables.
• Developing new techniques and solutions and routinely suggests and justifies work process improvements
• Expedites review, signature approval, and release of documents and internally produced documents
• Assisting Project Manager / Engineer (s) in general project works as and when necessary
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor's/College Degree;
• Having at least three (3) years of experience as document controller of Plant Engineering Project;
• Excellent English speaking, listening and writing skills;
• Willing to work under high pressure;
• Knowledge and experience with MS Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel

• Probation period: 2 months with full salary.
