Develop plans, advise the BOD on policy decisions, financial/accounting/tax management in accordance with the law, in accordance with the company's characteristics
Financial planning, cash flow for the company in the short and long term, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Develop, organize and standardize processes, regulations and regulations related to revenue, expenditure and financial activities
Manage, check, control and monitor accounting activities.
Manage cash, bank deposits, receivables, payables, inventory, inventory, invoices
Synthesize and analyze the company's financials regularly in order to properly assess the situation, results and effectiveness of the business plan.
Responsible for transactions with agencies: Tax, Department of Planning and Investment, State Treasury, Bank....
Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements or at the request of the BOD of the company from time to time
Coordinate with Supply Chain Department to reconcile monthly inventory.
Manage and control room activities
Able to independently handle all accounting transactions during the initial stage of the company's establishment. Can guide the company's business on how to comply with the principles of tax treatment.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years experience as Chief Accountant level in Consumer Electric, Trading company.
Fluent Chinese is required (4 skills).
Have a good skills in Microsoft offices, Outlook, SAP system.
Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organization skills.
Proactive, organized, analytical and great interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and highly under pressure.
