Mô tả công việc
- Transmit and teach the Sun Group's Resolutions rules, regulations, policies to all employees
- Identify and assess the training needs of the Resort through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers/ Head Office.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2-3 years experience in related fields
- Have good transmission and communication skills
- English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing
- Withstand high work pressure
- Experience in working at pre-opening is an advantage.
- Graduate in College or higher at related major.
