• Responsible for the manufacturing plant in Vietnam from HR perspective
• Recruitment of employees, establishing all HR processes, development of site HR team,
• Organizational departmental planning;
• Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
• Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
• Policy development and documentation;
• Employee relations;
• Company employee and community communication;
• Compensation and benefits administration;
• Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition,
• Labor Law service for leadership and employees.
• Maintain HR IS and employee´s master data.
• EHS compliance and supervision

Yêu cầu công việc

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and fluent English.
• Requires prior professional HR, manager manufacturing experience
• Excellent judgment & decision-making ability; Manage confidential/sensitive information
• Coordinate effectively with other locations, close cooperation with other facilities
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
