Mô tả công việc
1. Oversee all the working task and activities of call center, warehouse and delivery suppliers
2. Monitor and control every department including call center,
3. Keep looking for how to improve the business and target.
4. Set the KPIs and control and monitor the staff to achieve the KPIs.
5. Execute the monthly staff appraisal and performance management.
6. Make the business development plan, develop the department that are managed.
7. Assign task and target to all department and support to achieve the target.
8. Evaluate the manpower abilities and suggest the human resource strategy to be suitable to the company development.
9. Make the weekly, monthly and quarterly report to the General Director.
10. Set the operation budget and control the budget that is approved.
11. Other tasks assigned by the General Director.
