1. Manage & enhance payroll system in smoothly & accurately operation in alignment with company practices/ policies & labor law
- Manage time recording system & finger time recording machine of all locations to ensure their operation stably & smoothly
- Monitor, update & enhance payroll system operations, tools, functionalities & reports in alignment with company regulations & policies to adapt changes & support business needs.
- Work with relevant stakeholders (internal/ external) to handle issues/ fix bugs and develop new requirements to ensure effectiveness of payroll system.
- Administer and maintain employees’ data availability & accuracy of payroll system sufficiently
- Guide & conduct training about functionalities of payroll system to users effectivel
2. Proceed monthly payroll calculation & reconciliation in well compliance with payroll procedures, policies accurately and timely
- Check & update monthly staff’s working time attendance & overtime to ensure data fulfillment and sufficiency for payroll calculation
- Collect & update payroll changes for payroll calculation & check all related supporting documents sufficiently
- Work with relevant stakeholders (HRBPs/ leaders/ employees) to implement, follow up & complete other processes related to employees’ payroll such as handover process of resignation, onboarding process of newcomers, employee movement, employees’ time attendance checking
- Proceed monthly payroll calculation & transfer salary for all staffs on systems timely & accurately
- Handle employee queries related salary
3. Manage employees’ welfare & benefits incompliance with company policies & labor laws
- Implement monthly, quarterly, annually declaration, reconciliation, contribution of company code of conduct, social insurance, medical insurance & personal income tax, labor reports, internal regulations, collective labor agreement, and related others for all employees
- Handle issues & manage service level performance of medical insurance vendor as contract agreement to ensure employees’ satisfaction.
- Monthly Implement and manage products ordering process as company policy for all employees
4. Conduct and update new changes related to C&B company policies, code of conduct and labor laws
- Collect staffs’ feedback & review current policies to propose & update policies’ changes
- Communicate & give advices to employees and external stakeholders about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to ensure compliance
- Provide feedbacks & give advices about labor laws, company policies, regulations & practices to employees
- Conduct training for newcomers about C&B company policies & regulations
5. Manage employee data & documents to meet internal & external requirements & ensure legalization
- Collect & file personal employees’ documents in sufficiency
- Follow up labor contract process to ensure line managers’ confirmation & legalization
- Support on providing/ preparing relevant documents to adapt audit requirements & business requests
6. Lead and manage overall office administration
- Manage service performance of Securities, Cleaning, Receptionist, couriers to ensure professional service level delivered.
- Supervise & control office suppliers in good maintenance & renovation
- Monitor taxi cards/ grab accounts provision & usage to ensure employees’ compliance with company policy
- All admin payment verification
7. Perform other duties as assigned

- Strong knowledge in labor law, Social & Health Insurance and personal income tax
- Good command of spoken & written English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, English or other related fields.
- At least 3 year experience in payroll management
