Compensation and Benefits Manager manages the organization's overhead expenses, internal equity, and external competitiveness. The manager supports and initiates new HR policies, transformation projects related to C&B and priorities of HR function including the management of the department's relationship with other employees and subsidiaries.
Job description
• Participates as the team member and together with ThaiBev team leaders in implementing the strategic projects and new initiatives.
• Designs and develops compensation policies & C&B projects including transformation project in SABECO group.
• Designs policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs).
• Leads/supports and manages compensation projects for the entire organization.
• Coordinates C&B processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, including annual merit increase and bonus scheme initiatives.
• Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions).
• Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about the internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget.
• Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with the external compensation consulting company.
• Advises top HR managers of subsidiaries in taking difficult decisions in the area of compensation, benefits and motivation of employees after implementation the policies and projects.
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager when required.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree, major in Accounting, HR Management/Business Admin or any relevant field.
• Have strong knowledge and well understanding in C&B management & operations.
• Have HR experience at least 5 years.
• Strategic and analytical skills.
• Be willing to participate in project initiatives & implementation with strong commitment.
• Good project and stakeholder management skills.
• Good Microsoft office computer skills, especially excel skills at high level.
• Hard working and able to work under high pressures.
• Meticulous, mature and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good at English.
• Able to travel (if required) and start work immediately (preferably).
