Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the compensation and benefits processes and policies for DHL Supply Chain VN and driving new DHL Supply Chain global and regional aligned initiatives to ensure that the right reward strategies are put in place for internal and external talent.
- Manage the annual Pay, Pay band & Bonus Review for Vietnam, analyzing market data to propose salary increases, creating an appropriate process and timeline as well as partnering with the business to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Contribute to the annual budgeting process with a focus on labor costs, headcount plan.
- Prepare high quality bench marking analysis based on external salary surveys.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in the design and implementation of performance, remuneration and reward frameworks, plus a sound knowledge of general HR management practices.
- Excellent standard of Microsoft Excel including a demonstrated ability to build analytics, modelling and build Excel tools
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to consult with stakeholders
- Outstanding attention to detail
- At least 3 years remuneration experience
- Qualification in human resources, finance or related discipline.
