RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Receptionist:
- Listen and receive phone calls coming to the company, transfer the phone calls to the recipient's phone number or record information as needed.
- Assist the company leaders to welcome guests, guide guests coming to/leaving from the company.
- To assist arranging and preparing internal meetings in the company.
- Participate in holding the meetings, conferences, seminars.
- Book air tickets, hotels for managerial officers and staff on business trips.
2. Clerical work, office management:
- Receive dispatches, papers sent to the company. To sort and forward them to the recipient;
- To act as the clue to send dispatches, papers outside the company. To arrange storing dispatches, papers, documents, records, contracts. To track and manage company schedules.
- Manage office cleaning (plants, aquariums ...) monthly and make a request to pay expenses.
- Keep track of expenses incurred during the month (expenses of electricity, parking for employees, courier, internet, phone ...) and send payment requests at the end of the month.
- Keep track of the invoices to match the costs incurred, check the invoice information upon receipt then transfer it to the accountant.
- Work with the building management board to solve problems arising in the office.
- To arrange and print documents as needed.
- Book birthday flowers for customers, buy gifts for customers upon requirement.
3. Infrastructure management, assets, equipment:
- Manage and track assets, equipment, and stationery at the Office.
- Procure stationery, common items at the company (if necessary).
4. Other administrative jobs:
- Keep the Office neat and clean.
- Inspect and urge units and individuals regularly to strictly abide by the Company's regulations.
- Track and report the Office's fingerprint time attendance results.
- Procure necessities (tea, coffee, water, fruit ...) for the Office.
- Provide logistics for the Company's events.
- Other jobs are required by managerial office.

- Negotiable salary depends on ability and experience.

- Participate in training courses to improve their knowledge, improve the quality of the work

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree, major in Administration, Office Administration.
- Experienced for at least 2 years or more in the same position.
- Good-looking appearance, good communication skill.
- Basic communication in English (TOEIC is an advantage). Proficient in office(word, excel,…).
- Agile, careful, honest, good communication. Covering the work within the assigned tasks; Responsible for the job, self-discipline at work.
- Actively handle the arising tasks, promptly report the managerial officer the jobs outside the scope of their responsibilities.
