Admin Receptionist (11-Month-Contract) [Good Benefits]
Mô tả công việc
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls;
• Be the first point of contact such as welcoming guests, directing visitors and providing accurate information;
• Organize and schedule conference rooms;
• Receive letters and packages, and distribute to appropriate departments;
• Track and order office equipment and supplies;
• Perform other clerical duties such as filling, photocopying and notarizing official documents;
• Assist in organizing company activities and events in cooperation with Administration and HR team;
• Coordinate with Administration team in Ha Noi, Hai Phong and Da Nang;
• Perform other duties as assigned.
*** The candidate who has good performance could be considered for a long-term position.
Yêu cầu công việc
• College/ university graduate in relevant field;
• Working experience in administration in foreign company is a priority;
• Hard working, proactive and team work spirit;
• Good interpersonal & communication skills;
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
• Good command of English and MS Office.
