Mô tả công việc
  • Oversee all administrative works within the assigned scope of responsibilities, including: reception counter, meeting rooms management, personal car management, housing, stationery purchase & distribution, taxi cards management, expat documentation (visa, work permit, residence card), mailing service, etc.
  • Validate the work of each admin members before proceeding next step/getting approval from superior. Control and ensure that procedures are followed and cost are used effectively.
  • Be the main contact points between CPO and expats to explain and update on their personal matters (car, house, documentation, etc.).
  • Update CPO & management team on any news with regards to office management, government requirements etc.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal teams (Property, Employee Communications, HRBP) in managing office activities & events.
  • Be the main contact point to liaise with Central Group team to coordinate executives’ schedule when visiting Vietnam.
  • Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Functional knowledge & experience:

  • Experienced in managing office administrative tasks & working with multi-stakeholders both internally & externally
  • Experienced in managing expats services, such as: visa & work permit, personal car & housing

Functional skill:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders in order to have smooth admistrative operations

Managerial skill:

  • Experienced in managing a team of 3-6 members

Education: Bachelor degree of any majors

Seniority: at least 3 years experience in similar position

Language: fluent in English & Vietnamese (4 skills)

Office skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Attitude: Customer-oriented, hard working, team spirit, can do attitude, resilient & motivating
