Account Executive (Fintech)

- Act as the main point of contact for local and international clients in the fintech and digital payment sector
- Consult, present, and manage fintech solutions such as payment services, digital finance products, cross-border payments, e-wallets, or financial platforms
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage client information, sales pipeline, and interaction history using CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance) via ERP systems to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track contracts, invoices, payments, reconciliation, and outstanding balances
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and client documentation in English
- Support client onboarding, implementation, and post-launch operations
- Monitor client performance, revenue, and potential risks, and report to management
Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Fintech, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or B2B Sales
- Experience in fintech, payment, banking, or financial services is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of:
- Payment flows and transaction processes
- Digital financial products
- Contracts, invoicing, and reconciliation
2. Language Skills
- Good command of English (Required), both written and spoken
- Able to communicate with international clients
- Comfortable preparing emails, proposals, and participating in meetings in English
3. Skills & Tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Service-oriented mindset with high ownership and responsibility
- Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
- Priority given to candidates with experience using CRM & ERP systems, such as:
- CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Odoo CRM, or equivalent
- ERP: Odoo, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar enterprise systems
- Ability to manage:
- Client pipelines
- Contracts, invoices, and payments
- Client and financial data within systems
