Mô tả công việc

Supporting Korean partners and other senior lawyers;
Carry our legal research, give advice and legal opinions to clients;
Attend and lead meetings with clients and third parties;
Liaise with government officials and agencies;
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and other legal documents;
Undertake business development activities if necessary;
Assist in promotional activities and external legal assistance programs organized or undertaken by the Firm;
Supervise and conduct internal trainings for junior lawyers and paralegals;
Represent clients at arbitration or mediation hearings;
Assist clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters.
Draft, review and manage legal contracts and deeds;
Manage regulatory and compliance-related services;
Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems and concerns.

Education Qualification:

University degree or higher in law with outstanding academic results;
Lawyer practicing license with at least 3+ PQE, master degree issued by a foreign institute is a plus.

Experience Requirement:

5-8 years of experience working in top local law firms or international law firms;
Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English;
Familiarity and legal expertise in one or more of the following areas: banking and finance; corporate/commercial legal work; foreign investment; equitization; oil and gas; securities; real estate;
Ability to work individually and on the team as well as ability to adapt effectively to various personalities;
Good practice of customer service and advisor to foreign clients.
