• Supporting Korean partners and other senior lawyers;
• Carry our legal research, give advice and legal opinions to clients;
• Attend and lead meetings with clients and third parties;
• Liaise with government officials and agencies;
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents and other legal documents;
• Undertake business development activities if necessary;
• Assist in promotional activities and external legal assistance programs organized or undertaken by the Firm;
• Supervise and conduct internal trainings for junior lawyers and paralegals;  
• Represent clients at arbitration or mediation hearings;
• Assist clients in court proceedings on civil or criminal matters.
• Draft, review and manage legal contracts and deeds;
• Manage regulatory and compliance-related services;
• Facilitate innovative solutions to client problems and concerns.

Education Qualification:

• University degree or higher in law with outstanding academic results;
• Lawyer practicing license with at least 3+ PQE, master degree issued by a foreign institute is a plus.

Experience Requirement:

• 5-8 years of experience working in top local law firms or international law firms;
• Fluency in oral and written Vietnamese and English;
• Familiarity and legal expertise in one or more of the following areas: banking and finance; corporate/commercial legal work; foreign investment; equitization; oil and gas; securities; real estate;
• Ability to work individually and on the team as well as ability to adapt effectively to various personalities;
• Good practice of customer service and advisor to foreign clients.
