o Position: Senior Supervisor and leader 1 buyer group.
o Job description:
 For the new project/ model
• Receive the drawing + detail project, find the suppliers, discuss about the quotation, compare the quotation, submit to Boss, open account with supplier. Make all processing to start business with them including the agreements, CSR, Bank information, certificates …
• Receive the sample and send sample to ENG checking.
• Arrange quantity for TP, PP Plan .
• Follow enough for TP, PP Plan
 For the Mass Production:
• Every year:
o Making the budget for financial year& base on this data, will discuss with supplier about the discount can apply for our company/ year.
• Every month:
o Making the forecast demand for 12 months and send to supplier in order to they can prepare capacity (man power & machine) & materials for production plan at company.
o Making the reports (example: estimate purchasing amount in next months, the inventory in month, the stagnant and find the way to solve the stagnant…)
o Checking with supplier about the quantity already buying in month, making the request payment for them….
• Every week:
o Base on the production plan, arrange materials ( from supplier over sea, EPE, non EPE) base on the lead time material/ production / transport time from supplier.
• Every day:
o Checking and make sure the material GD/ ETD from supplier and ETA factory on time.
• Every day:
o In the case incurred the Not Good (NG) material, discuss with supplier & find the way to solving NG parts: return NG material to supplier, special using at company or scrap NG materials at company. Making sure the best way to ensure quantity enough for production plan.
o Manager 1 group buyer, training new buyer, assignment of duties. And give the Boss the evaluation about staffs
o Take summary from group buyer and inform/ hold meeting to Production Control Department about the materials status for production plan / about the EOL material …
o Making all reports/ duties which the Boss’ requirements…
