* Compensation & Benefit:
- Manage 400+ employee records: labor contract, offer letter, personal information, policy agreement, etc
- Handle document processing for personnel changes upon request: transfer, promotion, termination, salary adjustment, thank-you letter, etc
- Handle up-to-date employee database accurately on HR Management System (Ramco)
- Experience in HR System: Adept (Timesheet), Ramco, E-Suite, TS24, HTKK
- Manage PIT Authorization Finalization Form and prepare certificate of PIT withholding as requested
- Coordinate with IT IBM to create account and set up hardware for joiner, solve issues relating to user account
- Manage Health Insurance Card, Social Book...
- Handle off-boarding process: close account, send exit process and manage exit check-list documents
* Recruitment:
- Handle the full life cycle of recruitment process (intern level) from screening CV, setting up interview, interviewing with potential candidate via phone, offering and welcoming new joiner
- Coordinating with Talent Acquisition Specialist and Hiring Manager on best hiring practices and decisions
- Manage and upload CV on HR Recruitment System (Jobvite)
* Training & Development:
- Support in engagement activities: mBrace - on boarding training program, Teacher's Day, Women's Day, Month of Health Awareness (Health Talk & Health Gift), Compliance & Risk Management Training, etc
- Work with vendor, support logistics, collect bills and make expense claim.
