Tuyển Trưởng Phòng Tuyển Dụng (Recruitment Manager)

- Implement recruitment processes including job description and tools but not limited to different techniques in interview, assessment, testing and reference check.
- Formulate and implement local recruitment and selection policies in line with local laws and regulations
- Ensure the vacancy database is kept up-to-date to promote cross-group and cross-functional recruitment
- Research establishes and maintains relationships with those agencies & consultants who are most likely to satisfy your recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment expenses (advertisement, executive search service fee, etc.)
- Manage the candidate pool by identifying & using multiple talent channels
- Regularly evaluate the status of and the effectiveness of the recruitment plan, recruitment programmes, processes and policies at an individual, team and organisational level.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all management and provide advice when appropriate.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD.
Yêu cầu công việc
- University graduated with Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Economics related majors
- At least 5 years in Recruitment or Talent management experience. Having experience with recruitment F&B/FMCG is a plus
- Good leadership & management skills
- Ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills in English
