Tuyển Trưởng Phòng Nhân Sự (Human Resources Manager)

- As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for full spectrum of HR Department:
- Maintain effective business partnership to support the local Management team
- Monitor and implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Establish local HR policies and practices consistently across all departments and ensure adoption and implementation of HR best practices in line with labor regulations
- Preparation & Implementation of the recruitment plan;
- Development and completion of job descriptions;
- Organization of activities for the adaptation of staff and receiving feedback from employees;
- Carry out activities to raise the life of employees such as year-end party, monthly event, team building…
- Ensuring and monitoring the implementation of corporate standards
- Prepare yearly HR department budget, monthly payroll
- Work closely with other Head Department to development and completion of KPI system and performances appraisal system
- Work closely with government affairs relating to Labor Issue, Social Insurance, Personal Income tax, Labor Union.
Yêu cầu công việc
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of success.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
- At least 3 years of experience in department management and/or Senior HR specialist.
- Excellent knowledge of labor law
- Experience and knowledge in the field of point and mass recruitment
- English is must
