• Mission:
• Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more
• Maintaining budgets and relationships with vendors and consultants
• Roles:
• Identify & assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with the Line Managers
• Draw an overall or individualized training & development plan that addresses needs and expectations
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them.
• Manage, track training budgets and negotiate contracts, resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
• Create and execute learning strategies and programs
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
• Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
• Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
• Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
• Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, development and best practices.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Excellence communication and leadership skills
• Excellent negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
• Experience in project management and budgeting
• BSc/BA degree in education, human resources or relevant field
• Good at English in speaking and writing skills
• Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning platforms and practices, workshops, simulations…).
