- Support Sales Agent/Sales Manager for client service whole life cycle from initial communication with clients to management of the client.
- Follow the company rules/SOPs to support agents and clients.
- Follow agent’s guidance to interact with potential clients to provide information or consulting.
- Help clients with the trip for an onsite visit, including visa application, flight ticket/hotel booking, taxi arrangement, etc.
- Support agents and clients to complete the deal, including bank account opening, etc.
- Follow up with each client timely for afterward processing, including payment support, document processing, contract signing, property handover, etc.
- Help agent to promote furnishing and property management service.
- Support clients for furnishing and property management including contract processing, monthly financial reporting, issue handling as needed, etc.
- Others as needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduated from College/ University.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Being fluent in Korean (writing and speaking) is a must. English communication is a plus.
- Fresh graduate are welcome, would be trained.
- Being honest, professional, active and eager to learn from others.
- Working place: Hanoi Office (CHARMVIT TOWER , TRAN DUY HUNG STR, CAU GIAY DIST, HA NOI).
- Working time: 8:30 – 17:30 from Monday to Saturday morning.
