- Supporting market research projects, business consulting for FDI and local customers
- Support legal advice for customers related to investment, enterprise, contracts, labor, civil affairs, tax, ...
- Drafting and managing contracts and templates
- Legal research and writing
- Prepare documents, dossiers and related papers
- Contact and work with state agencies
- Other jobs requested by the manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A 4th year student or a Graduate of the Law or Economics/ Commerce major of Hanoi Law University, School of Law (VNU), Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam,…
- Soft skills needed:
- Good communication skill, able to work independently or in a group
- Proficient in office information
- Good command in English
- Willing to learn and eager to work
- Internship time: Full time from Monday to Friday weekl.
